Singer-songwriter J. Oscar Bittinger has been asking Michigan singer-songwriters to write classy holiday songs for his ‘A Winter’s Tune’ concert for 15 years. Now, he’s calling it quits. The last ‘Winter’s Tune’ is Dec. 4 at Wealthy Theatre.
